Good luggage storage service

The manager of the store that held our baggage was very helpful, pleasant to talk with, and guided us to our Airbnb door, which we were having a hard time finding. We were able to go to lunch, look around the area and then retrieved our bags a few hours later. The clerk was very helpful and responsive. Everything went well.

Cute little market right on the 28 tram, with a surprisingly good selection of fruits and vegetables. The staff were quick to check me in and out, and gave me a ticket to use to collect my bag when I came back. They put my bag in a back room so I felt safe even though it was a popular location when I was there.

Quick and easy and a block from our accommodation that didn’t have luggage drop off. Easy to find with the little flag outside the shop. We could have reserved online but had hoped we could get in early once landing in town. Was easy enough to scan their QR code and do it there. The reservation is easily modified I think if I had reserved and needed to cancel. It was convenient to drop off our luggage and explore and not have to drag our stuff around.

Sam the owner of the store was professional and responsible and promptly stored our luggage upon arrival and retrieved it when we came back hours later. Would happily recommend Bounce and this location to others.
