Fantastic! Such a friendly guy, really happy to help and took looking after our bags very seriously. Our phone died with proof of our bag tags, he let us charge it, and then show proof of tags before giving anything back (even though he remembered us!) very professional. Very easy. Would highly recommend!! Thank you!
