Really convenient process and the staff were helpful and friendly. They let us refill our water and use the wifi to call a grab after.

The staff was very friendly and the place was highly recommended. It didn't even have a lock on the trunk, but I still didn't miss anything, so I highly recommend that place.

Amazing experience

The staff were all very kind and helpful. The only thing I regret is that the entrance has stairs, so it's hard to carry heavy luggage. This time, the hotel staff helped me and I was able to carry it.

Location was easily accessible at bukit bintang. The staff was very helpful. Storage also seemed very secure. Only need a signage for declaring as bounce storage facility.
