There’s an app to locate a location convenient for the user and to book a reservation to store things. The app shows the opening hours and a map, which connects to your favorite navigation app. The brilliant approach taken by Bounce is that they haven’t tried to set up dedicated Bounce storefronts, but instead rely on other shops to provide the space; that’s why you’ve never seen Bounce signs. They really cover cities. Your luggage is insured by Bounce. I’ve used it quite a few times. I deposit my suitcases before check-in time or after checking out of my Airbnb lodging. Much more convenient than lockers at the train station.

The two prior locations were closed despite Bounce and the storefront store hours saying they were open. We went to Lucky Present and are so happy we did. They were very efficient, and kind. They tagged our luggage and secured it. They asked about our pick up plans, and provided their business card in case we needed to reach them. I felt very comfortable leaving my bags with them.. I would use them again. I recommend them!
