- We wound up at Lucky Present after trying to store our luggage at two other bounce locations. The two prior locations were closed despite Bounce and the storefront store hours saying they were open. We went to Lucky Present and are so happy we did. They were very efficient, and kind. They tagged our luggage and secured it. They asked about our pick up plans, and provided their business card in case we needed to reach them. I felt very comfortable leaving my bags with them.. I would use them again. I recommend them!

- No problem with the reservation. The gentleman was attentive, but his phone rang and he kept us talking to whoever it was for five minutes, leaving us speechless. The pickup was normal. Just remember that it's a cell phone store and luggage is supposed to be stored in the back room. He returned the five pieces of luggage to us as is.
