Wien Mitte The MallGoogle Maps - The service is generally good. My only observations are that they don't offer 24-hour service and the QR codes aren't properly linked to the stores and their locations. Aside from that, it saves you from having to carry your luggage around.

The two prior locations were closed despite Bounce and the storefront store hours saying they were open. We went to Lucky Present and are so happy we did. They were very efficient, and kind. They tagged our luggage and secured it. They asked about our pick up plans, and provided their business card in case we needed to reach them. I felt very comfortable leaving my bags with them.. I would use them again. I recommend them!

StubenringGoogle Maps - There were no problems with the booking, the gentleman was attentive, but his mobile phone rang and he kept us on the phone for five minutes talking to whoever it was, and we were completely baffled. The pickup was normal. Just a reminder that it's a mobile phone shop and that luggage is supposed to be stored in the back room; he returned all five bags to us exactly as they were.
