Khalid was very friendly, personable and took very good care of our belongings. The location is central to downtown Victoria that allowed us to enjoy the rest of the day without hauling around our luggage, which was very convenient.

Drop off and pick up were easy enough. It was convenient to not have to lug our stuff around. Staff seemed a lil grumpy about helping us though.

Was a bit confused about the location but it is inside the smoke shop. Great staff who were welcoming and offered me candy and gave me water. Seamless process. Great option to store luggage for the day.

The location was ideal to let us explore China town and downtown while we waited for an evening flight. I found the whole experience very professional. It turned out to be a class Mexican restaurant. The home made tacos were delicious.

Payment for temporary bag storage was easy and straightforward. And the person who took our bags safely stored them and returned them with ease when my roommate and I came back for our luggage. It was a huge relief to be able to safely stored our belongings so that we could continue to tour, even though we had checked out of our hotel.

My roommate and I were so grateful to finally set our bags down for a few hours and enjoy the gown without all of that extra wait. The staff member who helped us at Little Shop of Strange was kind and the process was easy and straightforward.

Great location for the bus terminal, it was a flat and smooth journey for wheeled luggage from the shop to the pick up point at terminal. Friendly service, much appreciated.

The staff were very courteous, helpful, and professional. We initially walked by the shop so I phoned. We were two entrances over and the gentleman came out and waved us over to the correct location. The shop was actually conveniently located - no more than five minute walk from the public transit we needed to take on Douglas Street. Booking on line was easy. I felt confident leaving our luggage in this secure location.

I met two staffs when I dropped off my luggage in the morning and another two when I picked up, all of them were extremely nice and helpful. Highly recommended!
