Great place! The staff are very pleasant and smiling, and despite the busy service, they greet you with politeness and kindness. We highly recommend this place!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I had booked the place until 6:30 pm, and while I was on my way to pick up our bags, I messaged them through the app. They kindly replied saying there was no rush and that they would be open until 7:30 pm. Great communication and genuinely kind service!

Location is perfect, about 10 minute walk from the train station so easy to dump your bags and go explore before getting back on the train

No sign that it is luggage storage on the doors, so just call the casa di giulietta suites- the girl working there was very helpful and polite!

Easy no stress storage

It was my first time using bounce and I didn’t know how it worked. When I entered the cafe, the girl at the counter immediately asked me how she could help me and her male colleague noted my name etc to put my bag away. When I came back I saw that they tied the straps of my plastic bag (which was very handy since it was a plastic bag that I did not close) which I really appreciated it. They also worked very fast, I think it took a minute both times (the drop off and pick up) which was also nice since I was in a hurry.

Great location. Near the train station. Great coffee. Very easy. We were a group of 7. Perfect for us to get rid of the baggage.

This Bounce drop off spot is totally worth it. We felt secure to leave out belongings in there, the staff was super helpful and nice, and the best detail is that the room where you deposit your luggage has free access to a clean and well kept rest room. Congrats to the staff that run this.

Easy drop off and pick up

The process was quick both for dropping off and picking up my luggage. On both occasions, I had to show my reservation. Additionally, they took a photo of it so they could easily locate it when I picked it up. The location is convenient, as it's right across from the Arena di Verona, just steps from the bus stop.

Very easy to drop off and pick up. Had a lovely coffee at drop off and a aperol with pick up. Took and returned our bags with no issues.
