  • Perfetto! About 10 minutes from the train. Maps can get confused. When you exit the station turn right and head that way. It’s eventually on the left. Bag was safe. Staff friendly. And it’s enroute to downtown Verona.

  • It was my first time using bounce and I didn’t know how it worked. When I entered the cafe, the girl at the counter immediately asked me how she could help me and her male colleague noted my name etc to put my bag away. When I came back I saw that they tied the straps of my plastic bag (which was very handy since it was a plastic bag that I did not close) which I really appreciated it. They also worked very fast, I think it took a minute both times (the drop off and pick up) which was also nice since I was in a hurry.
