It was easy to find the luggage storage point. The lady who manned this point was very helpful, told us where we could leave our luggage and how to collect it later. The room is locked and you have to enter it from the street by entering the pin on the intercom. The downside for me is that anyone who knows the pin to this door can go in there and take all the luggage. In addition, when we came to collect our luggage, there was no one inside to guard the luggage. I think the best option would have been to use two pins, one for the door and one to collect the luggage, which would have been issued by a member of staff.

The man welcomed us, was extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our bags all day with no worries and we’re given a key incase he wasn’t there. It was quick and easy. The only downside was that the bags were not in an additional room, just in reception on show, although there was someone always watching them it still made me feel a little uneasy to begin with.

Good communication, it is better to call the number on the door in the morning so that the owner can come open the door. The woman working in the store to the left(the clothes shop) can help open the door if the owner is not around in the afternoon. Good service, bags are stored directly inside the reception after the door.

It’s really weird that there’s a universal code everyone is given and there’s nobody there to supervise. I guess they operate on the honor principle that everyone only takes their luggage, and I’m sure their experience and data supports this perspective. Still weird though. I do appreciate them being “open” early

The guy wasn't there at first but then he came and opened the door. The neighbors have a key too he said. He was super friendly and alot of bags were there already. It was in a great location and close to a good Uber or taxi spot. Safe place. I'd recommend

The host very helpful. Great central location. My only concern was that our baggage was there along with other people's baggage and as everyone had their own key, I felt there was an element of risk (of theft). Other than that, great service.

Easy booking. Good location. Only cameras as surveillance, not staff all thw time. That means that all peoples bags are stored toghether and no guarantee that your bag isn't taken by somwone else. For us it functioned well.

Luggage storage worked well, however it wasn’t clear how to access the storage room, the host said we should have a PIN code but we never received anything from bounce, luckily they let us in anyway

This was really friendly and easy. The guy gave me a key to get into the premises so I could get my bag at whatever time suited me. He was really friendly and very supportive on my questions.
