Solved the problem! We had 7 hours between accommodations and pouring rain! Nice to not have to tote our bags along too!

Great place to store and I felt safe leaving them there.

Easy drop off, no problems

Location was central so good for our large group to drop off our bags. I was struggling with internet access but the staff member allowed me to link to her phone so I could bring up my booking QR code. Excellent customer service.

All good. Simple effective procedure. Bags dropped, ticket given and we were off for the day.

All great! Legit, easy to find, felt secure! Had a small mishap in the early morning, but owner were nice and we resolved our miscommunication pretty quickly!

Easy location, helpful staff

Location is pedestrianised so our uber dropped us off a short distance away and it was a little confusing. Google maps was a simple solution. A two minute walk and we found it. Lovely place. Super helpful people. No issues whatsoever. Would definitely use again.

Smokvina Travel were friendly and helpful. The only problem was actually Bounce that didnt send the QR code fast enough for the checkin at their place, but the personnel helped me anyway.

Totally fine, but it is weird our stuff never actually went into a locker and stayed in the lobby all day.

Location was right in the heart of the city centre. I was the first customer to use bounce at this venue and staff were all equipped to accept my bag. Stored securely upstairs with no issues.

Easy to find, good price, helpful staff - and an excellent bakery right next door! Note however that taxis cannot stop outside, so a short walk from the nearest intersection is required.

Since it's not within the walls of the Palace, it's really easy to access. We found the staff really welcoming and, from the minute we stepped in, they took care of our things. I'd definitely recommend this spot for their coffee and storage 😄

Uncomplicated, friendly, fast, trustworthy

Staff were very friendly and made the process super easy. Both check-in and check-out took only 2 minutes each, and they took our bags out of a locked room in the back. Highly recommend!
