This is a store with luggage storing service they also offer - friendly staff but be aware the shop is closed from 2 so you need to go next door and ring the doorbell to get your bags back during the afternoon. For me I'd probably prefer the more impersonal lockers (so have only put 4 stars as wasn't clear to me on Bounce app it wasn't this) but this worked well for short term solution to let me use last three hours in Seville and the gentleman was very friendly with instructions in English for me to understand how to collect my bag when store closed.

Luggage is left behind a counter (not in lockers). Someone is there to scan your QR code on your phone upon arrival and when you pick up your luggage (online booking is required). You can leave it all day for the same price as for 1 or 2 hours. The gentleman was very friendly. Be aware that the address given is not easy to find (this should be reviewed on the website). You first have to enter a small shopping arcade. There are two luggage storage facilities: one automated with codes and lockers (this is not Bounce, not the correct one) and the other a little further on: there, a person will greet you; this is the right one. The photo of the shop shown is accurate. Very convenient location and very reasonable prices. I recommend it. Everything went smoothly.

Very welcoming. Remember to arrive a little early as the receptionist isn't always there. We had to call the hotel to get someone to come, but it only took about a minute.
