Amazing location and very nice people

The location was great. When we dropped our bags no one told us to remember our bag numbers, or to take pictures. It was a little frustrating trying to pick our bags back up, but luckily we had extra time. Other than that it was a good experience.

Excellent location, a travel agency within walking distance of the Gare du Palais and the cruise ship terminal, with great service and a clean bathroom.

Way easier than I expected as I've never used a service like this before. Walking distance to all the touristy spots. Easy to find. Got my bag back safe and sound.

The staff member was incredibly kind and considerate and for having googled where could I leave my bag so I don’t have to drag it around town you guys are amazing. This was the perfect place to store our bags before our cruise so we could explore the city. Staff was friendly and I felt confident that my belongings were in good hands.

Conveniently located next to the cruise terminal. It is about a 20 minute walk so we actually took a cab would have walked but one of us had a recent injury. Everything went very well. They had plenty of storage. They were able to give us directions to hop on hop off which the first stop is right down the street. Pickup was easy. I highly recommend very cordial.
