  • Booked online, very close to the Florenc stop. I don't think the girl spoke much English, but everything went well, so I recommend it.

  • I don't think either of us spoke English very well. But it's simple. You arrive with your luggage, show the QR code. She takes a photo and stores your bag. When you pick it up, it's the same: QR code and they hand it to you.

  • Customer service. There is an actual person checking your bags in and looking after them. 7€ per luggage item. The other self-check in facilities would only work if your phone sim works. And when something happens—- no one picks up the phone to assist. Nothing beats a real person like Bounce. Recommend this service above all else.
