The address is incorrect on the thing, it is actually in the little store on the corner. The luggage was secure and everything was there when we got back. Quick spot right off of the train station and bus line that goes to and from the tourist spots. Bags are stored out in the open where someone could get into them if they figured out that they were there, I’m guessing it’s easy to guess most bags have a laptop video games etc and are worth targeting. A better storage place would’ve been five stars. Everything worked out perfectly, but I can see this becoming a huge problem if people know that that is a place to look for things to steal.

Drop off and pick up very easy and importantly the storage area was secure. I highly recommend the facility in the University City area, just a 10 min walk from 30th Street station

If you want to find a location, you have to book online. Then, they will let you know where it is. There is no store dedicated for bounce. There is a huge possibility that you cannot find it without booking. I am not sure why they are not letting you know the location in advance. But, if you want to find them, book online. And there will be near store you can find. After that, service was good.

Easy and reliable

Very handy service, close to the train station and a tram and a bus from the airport. Staff were really nice and my bag was safe there after 5days! Would definitely use again!
