Excellent service. The shop door is constantly locked and they only let in known clients. She was expecting me and my bag to arrive. She put my suitcase in the back of shop. I felt confident about leaving my bag there. It was my first time using this service, and I was nervous at first. But all worked out well.

Great location, clean and efficient.

The location was a longer walk from our Airbnb than we wanted but we also weren't sure if we had made a mistake when we found this location. Helen's cleaners and tailor was great though - we had no worries that our luggage wasn't safe. We had never used Bounce before and it was a great experience. It was really nice to be able to walk around downtown for 3 hours without having to drag our luggage with us!

Drop-off was seamless but pickup took about 20 minutes waiting for assistance, and then wasn’t marked as picked-up on their end.

The location was great! Walking distance to a lot within the City Center which is what I wanted. Drop off was extremely easy, the service was excellent, my items were well taken care of & pick-up was even easier. I highly recommend this service & this location.
