Amazing Hotel, Great Staff & Conveniently Located.

Very helpful staff, showed me how to easily book in my bag which was photographed for identification and put safely out the back of the store (a small convenience shop) - very close to Crown casino and saved me for lugging my bag around for hours.

Staff at the restaurant where luggage is stored were super helpful and very polite! Very easy and we dined there while waiting to leave, it’s super convenient minus the construction obstructing drop offs right outside the location but the walk is just a couple of minutes till that’s over.

Super handy location. Handover was quick and easy. Easier than trying to stuff my bag into a locker! Would definitely use Bounce again.

Absolutely great experience overall

They were efficient in taking our bags for storage and when we collected them again.

Very easy to book and convenient location

Really easy process. Pretty much just walked in and showed our code and our bags were stored out the back. Then basically the same thing when we picked our bags up again. Bags were tagged like any other bag holding service.

Great service but they didn’t check my ID/Confirmation Number on drop-off or pickup. I wish they did for extra security.
