The simplest process I’ve had to go through. After trouble with finding where to leave our luggage — there was a mix up with check in (different third party all together) - it was the simplest part of my day from start to finish. Also all my stuff was exactly how I left it. Fantastic and very reliable.

Very helpful staff, showed me how to easily book in my bag which was photographed for identification and put safely out the back of the store (a small convenience shop) - very close to Crown casino and saved me for lugging my bag around for hours.

Staff at the restaurant where luggage is stored were super helpful and very polite! Very easy and we dined there while waiting to leave, it’s super convenient minus the construction obstructing drop offs right outside the location but the walk is just a couple of minutes till that’s over.

Super handy location. Handover was quick and easy. Easier than trying to stuff my bag into a locker! Would definitely use Bounce again.

Really easy process. Pretty much just walked in and showed our code and our bags were stored out the back. Then basically the same thing when we picked our bags up again. Bags were tagged like any other bag holding service.
