The staff are friendly. Instead of just placing one bag in each locker, you leave your luggage in the souvenir shop's storage. It's a shop-within-shop experience, so you can store your luggage safely and conveniently at a reasonable price.

It's not really a locker, but simply a luggage storage room in a travel store. I didn't book online, but paid 5 euros at the checkout for a small suitcase. My luggage was safe and sound.

The price is very competitive and well worth it to be able to enjoy the center of Madrid without the weight of your luggage. The lockers are secure and spacious. Highly recommended for tourists.
