The staff are friendly. Instead of just placing one bag in each locker, they offer a shop-within-shop system where you can leave your luggage in the souvenir shop's storage. I was able to store my luggage safely and conveniently at a reasonable price.

It's not really a locker, but simply a luggage storage room in a travel store. I didn't book online, but paid 5 euros at the checkout for a small suitcase. My luggage was safe and sound.

This luggage storage service is incredibly convenient when visiting Madrid and you don't want to carry your suitcases around. The location is perfect, just steps from Plaza Mayor and very well connected by metro. The online booking process is very easy, and the staff at the partner establishment are very friendly and efficient. The price is very competitive and well worth it to be able to enjoy the center of Madrid without the weight of your luggage. The lockers are secure and spacious. Highly recommended for tourists.
