Great experience. But I did sense my bags were not entirely secure. They were not always being watched. The people at the cafe were very nice but I would have felt safer putting them somewhere else. A determined thief could have grabbed something, I believe.

Great location near the Old Town. A great solution if you need to check out of the hotel in the morning and have a late evening flight. Both the luggage drop-off and pick-up process went smoothly. I have no complaints about the safety of my luggage. Everything went smoothly. I will definitely use their luggage storage services again.
