Very easy access, the spot is exact on Google maps. Right next to Taksim square metro. Helpful stuff, overall great experience.

The luggage store is in the hotel Utarit, close to Taksim square. Everything was OK, no issues whatsoever. Recommend!

A great place to store luggage while exploring the city. I registered in the app, booked, and paid in advance. Dropped it off and picked it up without any problems!

Simple and straightforward service with no hiccups. Location is a bit away from main roads/busses to airports - so have to drag the bags for a distance

fast and easy. Recommended. You enter in the hotel reception and the lady will take your bags with the QR code you get after paying.

the location is good, and the host was very helpful, but if there is a better way to secure bags would be great. since the bags was under the stairs with no lock or secure area..

Easy to drop off and pick up my luggage there. The hotel location is also strategic near to the heart of Taksim. The staff was available during drop off and pick up

Staff needs to be a bit more responsive. I went to drop off the bags and he didn’t even check the booking reference and said ok you can go. I asked him don’t you need to check anything and then he said ok tell me the details. On pick up he wasn’t inside the office our bags were left sitting unattended.

Hard to find, but the staff were fantastic

The staff at the storage facility were really nice and accommodating. The only problem we ran into was the facility is located on a pedestrian street so taxis would not drop off and pick up from the location - we had to walk for about 2 minutes with luggage each time.

The drop-off point was the Blue Point Hotel, but they forgot to update their status to indicate they were closed on Sundays. This oversight made my experience quite chaotic. However, they provided me with a different location that was only a 5-10 minute drive away from the original spot. Apart from that, I received my luggage in the same condition as I had left it with them.
