Helpful host, prompt service, felt like my luggage was safe

The staff were extremely kind and kept my belongings safe! It is located right in front of Interlaken West Station, and since it is run by the hotel, I felt confident in its reliability. (However, please be aware that you have to go up six steps at the entrance.)

Easy to find location on Google Maps. Front desk staff happy to guide and assist you. Bounce transaction, bag drop off and collection too easy. Highly recommended if you’re travelling to see Harder Kulm, Lake Isetwald or do shopping around Interlaken.

Hotel Merkur was easily accessed from Interlaken West. The lady at the counter was very helpful and a pleasure to work with in storing our luggage.

The staff was amazing and very friendly! The bags were kept safely in a back room. Definitely recommend using this location!

This is the only Bounce location near Interlaken that provides service till 9pm. They even offered to use the wifi and the restrooms on the way out. The only downside is that you have to take a bus/train from Interlaken OST to get here. Not a big problem as you can find them frequently.

Centrally located in Interlaken. The staff are so nice and my luggage were kept safe in a seaparate room. The food is also superb.

The staff at Velo were very friendly and helpful. I wish we knew what we were looking for since we didn't know we had to talk to the people in the Cafe. We were afraid to buy the tickets until we knew there was an actual luggage drop.

Very convenient to be able to walk right in and access my bag, but not so great that I was able to do so twice without talking to anyone. Needs to be more secure.
