- The staff were extremely kind and kept my belongings safe! It is located right in front of Interlaken West Station, and since it is run by the hotel, I felt confident in its reliability. (However, please be aware that you have to go up six steps at the entrance.)

- Easy to find location on Google Maps. Front desk staff happy to guide and assist you. Bounce transaction, bag drop off and collection too easy. Highly recommended if you’re travelling to see Harder Kulm, Lake Isetwald or do shopping around Interlaken.

- The drop off is right across the street from the train station and they are so hospitable. Easy drop off and pick up.

- Centrally located in Interlaken. The staff are so nice and my luggage were kept safe in a seaparate room. The food is also superb.

- The staff at Velo were very friendly and helpful. I wish we knew what we were looking for since we didn't know we had to talk to the people in the Cafe. We were afraid to buy the tickets until we knew there was an actual luggage drop.

- We weren't able to find lockers at the Interlaken Ost train station, so we found this place. It was a little difficult to find this place inside a restaurant. There was a very small sign in the restaurant window. I wouldn't say that the luggage security area was super good, but probably sufficient. This place worked for us and we didn't have any issues.
