The staff at Velo were very friendly and helpful. I wish we knew what we were looking for since we didn't know we had to talk to the people in the Cafe. We were afraid to buy the tickets until we knew there was an actual luggage drop.

It was super easy to drop and pickup our luggage at Velo Cafe. The only catch is they are only open till 17:00 so you have to tone your usage.

Very convenient location within Hotel Merkur, less than a minute from the Interlaken West train station. The staff was very friendly and gave us some recommendations. Drop off and pickup were also very efficient. The only (small) downside is that there are some stairs leading to the hotel so if you have heavy baggage it might require a bit of effort.

Easy pickup and drop off. Luggage area of the cafe was a separate locked room so felt pretty secure overall. No issue. Would recommended.

If you can't find lockers available in the train station, look no further. Bounce luggage storage is the place for you. For 6.90 CHF you can store your luggage up until 10pm. The room was safe, had the chance to stroll around the city and pick them up later. Thank you.

Great service! Super handy to the train station--right across the street and about a block to the left. You can see the big "Hotel Merkur" sign from the station. Had to carry the luggage up maybe six stairs; the ladies who helped us at drop-off and pickup were both great.

I’m a mountain guide and needed a place to store gear while we were ski touring for a few days. Hotel Merkur was very easy and welcoming. They are close to the Interlaken West train and incredible very convenient. Will certainly stay there and use their Bounce services in the future!
