Very friendly staff, close to train station. And you can also eat there and drink coffee.

Super helpful staff and an amazing service offered for gaps between checkout / checkin, or early arrivals to a new location.

It is an easy QR system but, I wouldn't call it a secure luggage storage. They put all the bags in the room next to the cafe and the door is wide open for anyone to walk in. They do provide you a tag with a number for your pick up but, again not secure. You just walk in the room and get your bags, no one checks that your tag correlates.

The website should clearly indicate the location is actually Velo cafe. I had searched 3 rounds with Google map with the address, but didn’t expect that the storage is actually with Velo cafe. Staff was very friendly, we had a tea break in the cafe, check in and out is pretty fast and easy.
