The location was very convenient, right across from our accommodation. Luggage had to be moved to the basement (there's no elevator). We parked our luggage from 9 am to 4 pm, which was very convenient. The staff at the gift shop were also very friendly.

The shop was right next to our accommodation, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the pickup was quick too. This allowed us to finish the day with our early evening flight.

Everything was fine. Additional info: the latest pickup time is 7:00 PM. They put the suitcases into a storage area using the numbers they give you. It's advisable to take a photo of the numbers and the placement of the suitcases, because when you pick them up they don't check the numbers; they just let you go into the storage area and get them yourself. Regardless, a good experience.

Perfect location for dropping off our bags while we waited for our airbnb to be ready. Services provided by a large souvenir shop -- all bags were tagged and placed in locked room in the back. Very nice staff. Wish it had been open a bit earlier (9 am) but worked out fine. Appreciated the service being so conveniently located.

The store needs to let people know through the booking process that the bags will not be stored in a secure location, just at the back of the store for anyone to access. I had to go to a seperate location for a locked room and even then it was a just a janitors closet

Good central location Bags were left in the corner of the store where people were doing their souvenir shopping. The bags were tagged and locked together but I would suggest locking each bag as well. Staff friendly and helpful

The service was great. It was a very easy drop-off and pick-up service!

It was generally a good experience. Bounce is very convenient. However, as a first-time user there were two issues. 1) It was unclear that it was in the souvenir shop. I had to ask a few people to find the location. 2) The person collecting the bags wouldn't take my bags without the app. However, I did not download the app, as this was not part of the directions. So I had to go find wifi to download the app before she would accept the bags.

Excellent place and the attendees was amazing taking care of my luggage. Highly recommended!

Our experience was ok. They apply tags to your bags and then check them when you pick them up so you can’t take someone else’s which is good. The bags are stored at the back of the shop but they are chained together which is fine. One issue we had was, I got an email saying our check out time had changed from 6:30pm to 6pm so we rushed back as we were worried they were closing early but it turned out they weren’t closing until 10pm (and I did try to call ahead to confirm), so this did ruin our plans a bit.

Everything is correct and as planned.
