Reliable and easy! So convenient to be able to drop and store my suitcase right by the Metro 2 that goes directly to the airport.

Bounce gives pictures of the storage provider, their maps work a treat and the price was good. Bounce to this provider and those days of wandering around with inadequate maps and asking random shop owners whilst being the luggage hero yourself could well be a thing of the past. Good and friendly service giving us confidence in this simple storage option.

You have to book online, but arrival was very easy and quick! They leave your luggage at the back of the store in an area where only employees should have access.

This location is great as it’s near the metro and several sightseeing spots, like the Amalienborg Palace. Received prompt and kind service. The only odd thing was I didn’t receive any kind of claim tag, which I have previously when using this services in other places.

Everything was fine. Additional info: the latest pickup time is 7:00 PM. They put the suitcases into a storage area using the numbers they give you. It's advisable to take a photo of the numbers and the placement of the suitcases, because when you pick them up they don't check the numbers; they just let you go into the storage area and get them yourself. Regardless, a good experience.

Perfect location for dropping off our bags while we waited for our airbnb to be ready. Services provided by a large souvenir shop -- all bags were tagged and placed in locked room in the back. Very nice staff. Wish it had been open a bit earlier (9 am) but worked out fine. Appreciated the service being so conveniently located.
