I felt safer than other places because the hotel stores my luggage, and I liked that the front desk hours were longer. It is a bit of a walk to the train station, but it is manageable if your luggage isn't too heavy. It would be better if you took the bus, as it is very close to the bus stop!

This is apparently a proper hotel ('Art & Jazz'), with reception and a storage room. The experience was very good, leaving and picking the luggage was fast and easy and the employees were nice. The location was very handy since it was close to the train and bus stations (not sure about the bus to the airport) so overall I definitely recommend this place. Not sure why it doesn't have many reviews yet.

Great place to store your luggage! I used this service during my visit to the city and was pleasantly surprised. The staff greeted me with a smile, handled everything efficiently, and had absolutely no trouble communicating in English, which was very important to me. The location is also a huge plus — situated right near Catania Centrale, it’s incredibly convenient whether you’re arriving by train or just exploring the city centre before picking up your car. I felt completely at ease knowing my belongings were in good hands. I will definitely be back next time!

Friendly staff, quick and safe baggage handling. The new instructions are precise; just pay attention to the hours (the ones indicated are correct) as it is not always open.

It was close to the station, so dropping it off and picking it up went smoothly.

Easy to book, easy to find, highly recommended to get off the train, drop off luggage and spend 2 or 3 hours seeing the fish market, the Roman theatre and rotunda in Catania before moving on to Siracusa.

Quick, easy, professional

Stored our bags here while spending the day in Catania. We were able to take the Alibus from the airport to a stop pretty close to the bag storage. Storage is in a little shop with a clear sign posted out front, staff were very nice and quick. Bags seemed secure, both drop off and pick up were fast and easy, would recommend using this location.

Everything was so easy! The booking, the access… and the staff were lovely! I would definitely book again if I return to Catania.

Good organization: the luggage is photographed and you receive a storage number. Reassuring.

Easy drop off. Inside a kebab restaurant so not the most obvious place at first, but seemed ok. Made me take a picture of my bag with the number tag so that they could confirm it was mine when collecting. Would use again.

Great location, right next to the bus/train station. Open late, with no breaks throughout the day.

The location is easy to find and easily accessible (it's worth noting the "break" during the day, but these hours shouldn't be a problem for anyone). The process went smoothly, both dropping off and picking up the luggage. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
