This location was very conveniently located on the main shopping street in a storefront that was pristine and instilled complete confidence that my luggage would be well attended over an extended period of time The gentleman who received and retrieved my baggage was delightful, respectful, professional, and kind. A 100% great worry free experience.

Super easy and the attendants at the store were professional and very nice. The facility is super clean and modern as well.

Stored our bags here while spending the day in Catania. We were able to take the Alibus from the airport to a stop pretty close to the bag storage. Storage is in a little shop with a clear sign posted out front, staff were very nice and quick. Bags seemed secure, both drop off and pick up were fast and easy, would recommend using this location.

Perfect to keep your luggage. They were nice. Also, you can enjoy a cornetto with ginseng after leaving your luggage, Highly recommend

They're definitely could have been better signage on the entry to let us know they were a bounce location, but the gentleman that was there was friendly and efficient.

Friendly staff, quick and safe baggage handling. The new instructions are precise; just pay attention to the hours (the ones indicated are correct) as it is not always open.

Friendly staff and straightforward drop-off and pick-up. The station's location is a bit complicated, and the route to/from the airport is long if you follow a navigation system. However, there's a real shortcut through the parking lots of several car rental companies. From there, you're at the terminal in 10 minutes.

Easy drop off. Inside a kebab restaurant so not the most obvious place at first, but seemed ok. Made me take a picture of my bag with the number tag so that they could confirm it was mine when collecting. Would use again.

I felt safer than other places because the hotel stores my luggage, and I liked that the front desk hours were longer. It is a bit of a walk to the train station, but it is manageable if your luggage isn't too heavy. It would be better if you took the bus, as it is very close to the bus stop!

Located in the heart of the city, this place offers the option of leaving your luggage and exploring the city at your leisure, as well as having breakfast or a snack. The staff is very friendly.
