Excellent, it's very close to the ADO station and near the Route 1 bus stop to go to the hotel zone, the ladies at the laundromat were very friendly.

Location is perfect to drop you bags for a period of time while you wait to check into your resort or hotel or if you had to check out and time to kill. It's located close t many things to see and do. I came from from Isla Mujeres at Playa Caracol and met my transfer to take me to Playa del Carmen later that day. Bounce is safe and easy to use, with many popular locations. I used bounce twice in 4 days.

Super easy and very convenient. I left my suitcases with many doubts, but everything has gone great.

There was no problem. This place is different from Bounce Luggage Downtown. This is inside Metzcal Hotel.
