The staff was helpful. We could use their toilet and space for repacking. The storage room is not necessarily locked. The door was half open when I saw it a few occasions.

Great location opposite the station. The bags are stored in a locked room at the back. The process is efficient and safe. And the staff were very helpful. They let me get something that I forgot out of my suitcase halfway through the storage period. Plus you can get a coffee or snack here. I'll definitely use this place whenever I come back to Bologna.

The app show me the luggage was picked up before I really did , that scared me q little bit. But in the end everything was ok.
