  • Easy to find. Staff helped carry bags in an out of business and went above and beyond. Had no doubt our bags were safe with them. Only con was that there is road construction in front of the store that makes it a bit of a challenge to get in and out from the street. This is not the stores fault and the staff helped make this nearly a non issue. As it is temporary this shouldn't be a long term problem. Will definitely use them the next time we're in town.

  • Very kind person working the front. I felt my bag was perfectly safe, but if you're an anxious person, they are stored behind a door near the front of the store. I was totally confident but I know some people that would be stressed with the location. No steps to the bag location from the road if you're on wheels. I think my bag was the only one. Like that it wasn't one of the places that hold hundreds.

  • Narrow little used book and newspaper shop, but open on Sundays and the perfect location for us. Most places were closed on the weekends, or closed early, but they were open until 7, which worked out great for storing our bags after checkout and before heading to the airport. And they even gave us cold waters!

  • I was so impressed by the service we received at this Bounce luggage site! Before we left the owner/operator(?) gave us each a cold bottle of water for our journey! And wouldn’t take a tip “on Mother’s Day”! It was delightful.
