  • We stored our suitcases with Bounce for the first time today. The lady at the designated location, a small souvenir shop, was very friendly and kept our luggage in a back room, a separate room, which gave us a really good and safe feeling. We received a number, and both drop-off and pick-up were completely hassle-free and very convenient. We are very happy and grateful for this service.

  • Great. Located in less then one minute walk from the entrance to the Royal Castle yard. Easy to find. Booked and paid online when I already got there. Yet the place didn't have any 'bounce' sign so one should look for 'Warsaw Souvenirs' and check the address. Might seem a bit pricey but it let me the possibility to explore old town carrying nothing but my purse.

  • It was a little bit hard to know exactly where to go, but we asked the clerk in one of the stores and he helped us. Maybe have a sign outside or clearly mark that you are at the correct location.
