All very well

Maybe if they had a sticker showing they had the bounce service. The store was closed upon arrival but the owner apologized and took our luggage. When we came to collect it he asked for some kind of tag he forgot to give us. But he was nice, just a bit un organized.

Very unfriendly and not good enough in english to ask the lady a more elaborate question.

Punctuality of opening is essential

Convenient location in the center. Open from 10.00am to 5.00pm. Fast check-in/out.

It was a little bit hard to know exactly where to go, but we asked the clerk in one of the stores and he helped us. Maybe have a sign outside or clearly mark that you are at the correct location.
