Excellent Customer Service. It worked out well for us, as Jarvis Market is located very close by to where we are staying in Toronto, and as had an early morning flight into Toronto our Airbnb was not ready first thing, so it gave us a convention and affordable location to safely store our luggage. Sami, the owner of the store was great. Helped me setting up the reservation for my luggage and then directed me to the right spot where to wait for my Uber after i picked up my luggage. The price was better than what i was told for the storage at Union Station, even with add-ons surcharges (one always seems to get those in Canada).

I was able to drop my bag off a little earlier than scheduled. Both drop off and pick up employees were very pleasant. So helpful to find a place close to my airbnb where I could store my luggage until the time I was permitted to drop it off.

We used bounce for baggage storage in Miami. So it’s not new to us. For those who are new, it feels a little sketchy to leave your luggage at the convenience store. But everything went well. No issues at all. Happy with the experience.

Would be helpful if there was a sign on the store front indicating that this is the location. Also, I just went in and said I had a bag, which they gave me. It made for a smooth experience but did not inspire confidence that someone else could have easily said that same thing and gotten my bag.
