The service was perfect and without any problems. The only thing is that, since it's not a 24-hour establishment, you have to adapt to their opening and closing times, which in my case worked well for my needs. The establishment is a bar that also offers a Consiga service. It's very close to the San Justa train station in Seville (less than a 5-minute walk). If you want complete freedom when dropping off and picking up items, then look for 24/7 options.

They were closed from 2-5pm and that wasn’t obvious on the app. Also, checking in was a little difficult as it seems this is a new process for them

Efficient and fast.

This was a great place to store our luggage on our last day in Seville. We had an evening flight but a morning check out so storing our luggage here meant we could still explore the city during the day - luggage free! Best of all, the taxi to the airport was able to pick us up right outside (quite a few pedestrian only streets in the city).

Excellent service from the staff. Everything was great and easy.

We were served by polite ladies who spoke broken English. I forgot to lock my luggage, and it came back intact – even the bag hanging from it was bent the same way, so it must have been left there and untouched all day. :) A very convenient place to store bags while visiting the Alcazar – the shop is literally right next to the entrance.

Nice and easy. :) You can conveniently store your luggage next to the Alcazar. It would be hard for me to find this place without Google Maps.

Super nice 👍 We discovered it while having coffee there, and in 2 minutes we were able to leave our luggage. The price is a bit steep, though, just to store luggage in a secure room.
