These guys are the BEST! After a miserable day of late arrival, baggage that took forever to drop and missing our Eiffel Tower reservation, these guys were totally accommodating! They took our bags even though we were almost two hours late! Then they told us not to worry and just enjoy a nice dinner and some sight seeing and come and get our bags when we were done. To top it off, my phone died before I could show them my pickup numbers but they charged my phone for me and we were able to get our bags. We highly recommend this luggage storage! And we have used many throughout Europe!
