My family and I just took the Eurostar into Paris from London, but we weren't planning on staying in Paris that day ( moving on to Chessy). We decided to book an Eiffel Tower tour to maximize our time that day, so we knew we had to find a place for our luggage since we didn't have a hotel room reserved. This luggage hold is the best invention ever made into a service. Boris at the Bounce Luggage Storage - Near Ecole Militaire Metro was not only very helpful, but spoke English and reassured us our luggage would be safe. He explained that someone would be there, or close by when we needed to come back for our things. The other great thing is that I did not have to worry about actual lockers. Some companies with lockers you have to convert metrics for size and guessing whether the luggage will fit. If it doesn't fit, and we need a second locker, will there be one available? Does the code to the door work or will there be issues like other companies reviews state? None of this was an issue as they stored the luggage in a typical storage room as you would a hotel. So much less stressful and taking the guess out of an already stressful travel day. Highly recommend. Thanks Boris for giving us the chance to go enjoy our trip with peace of mind.

Very convenient, just steps from the Eiffel Tower. Very friendly staff who also speaks English. They were able to show me the best route for what I wanted to see during the Paris Games.

We make the entry and withdrawal process easy and friendly. I was late picking up my bags and there were no problems or surcharges. Highly recommended. I left my suitcases for 5 days. Great experience.

We used the service twice. The first time was excellent, but the second time we had a problem with the place that received our luggage. The Bounce website said it closed at 8 PM, but it actually closed at 4 PM, so we had no other option since we had booked it in advance. I suggest going to the location, asking, and then making the reservation.
