  • The location is great, right next to the Louvre, with a cafe where you can grab a coffee. Our suitcases were in perfect condition, and we had no trouble accessing them. However, this option isn't ideal for those who have trouble carrying suitcases up and down stairs—there's no elevator. Everything else was in perfect order.

  • The staff were helpful. The luggage storage area is near the Louvre entrance, but the luggage storage is on the lower floor, so you have to carry your bags down and back up. The stairs are quite narrow, so it would be difficult if you have large luggage.

  • The attendant was very polite, guided us to the baggage claim area, and locked our bags with a code on top and a card with the same number for us, which made retrieving our luggage much easier on our return. I highly recommend it, plus it's right next to the Louvre.

  • Great experience, staff were courteous and helpful. I have seen others complain that they don't help you move bags down the stairs to the basement storage, which is true, but please - they are cafe staff, not valets.
