We just used this place to store our luggage and all was great. We had to check out of our Airbnb by 10am and needed a place to store our stuff for the day. Very easy to use and find. Here is what to do. Book online through Bounce Luggage storage. Select your location, date and number of bags. Pay online and save the QR code or add to Apple wallet. I was worried about finding this place bc of the reviews but we followed the address on Google Maps and it took us right to it. The place is located on the 2nd floor.

A little hard to find, but it's on the second floor of the big echo store. Really easy to drop off and pick up with your QR code and friendly staff.

It was very convenient to store our big suitcases 4 days at Big Echo so we could travel to another place with just our small suitcases. You have to make an online reservation, but on the website it kept getting stuck on same day pick up. I went to the store for help with the reservation and they were very kind and helpful. It's also close to Osaka and Umeda station and it's actually located on the second floor, not the first.

There's no Bounce-branded signage, if it weren't for other Google reviews confirming the location I wouldn't even know that I was in the right place. Still, when I asked about Bounce the staff knew right away, showed me how to book, and when coming back to pick up they knew what to do when I showed the QR code; even without speaking/understanding any Japanese you could likely manage just fine

Staff was friendly, easy to use service to drop off and collect ur luggage. Just that osaka station is very big and difficult to navigate for the correct exit to big echo for a first timer

Everything's great, but it's hard to find a spot. Big Echo karaoke and luggage storage don't go together.

It was great that you could check the area where you could leave your luggage when there were no coin lockers available and make a reservation 🙆🏻‍♂️ The reason I gave it four stars is because there were no signs to help me find the place, so I struggled to find it 😞

Found this place on googlemaps. Proceeded to locate the store. It was very difficult. Signs point to a B-darts bar. The staircase on one of the photos identify the building but the entrance is on the main road, on 2nd floor - 2F. Staff are friendly, but you can't purchase storage at the counter. Have to purchase online, then show the staff the QR code. Bit fiddly, but got there in the end. Good service and would've been 5 stars if I could've found it more easily and if I could've purchased at the desk rather than pre-booking. Thank you.
