Great location, very close to Osaka Station. Very helpful and friendly staff!

easy pickup/dropoff convenient location dont have to walk too far it's stored outside the store (on the left) but area is visible to the staff there

There was luggage left outside the store, so I thought the security was dependent on Japan's good public safety.
