Everything about the process was exceptionally easy. The guys at Heavenly were super friendly and accommodating. There was no pressure to be back right at the exact time and I felt very comfortable leaving our bags. Highly recommend!

Overall recomended comapred to other alternatives, but be attentive to some details. Pro: open 24h, close to FlixBus station (NYC, Chinatown) (contrary to some neighboring storages), they suggest taking photo of your tickets Cons: you don't get a locker, instrad you're charged per item (as of 2026 daily charge is $7.5 for each regular luggage, $5.5 for each small bag). Instead of lockers they simply put it at the end of the store (guarantee protection probably countrracts this, but still), you need to download the Bounce app, book it via app (feasible also in spot, unless it's full) P.S. the shopper was cooking smth, so he delayed the service for 3 minute, so consider such delays when planning. Also, there is no poster outside, you need to enter the market "Heavenly finest deli" for the service. Don't also forget to check out when receiving the luggage, otherwise you'll be charged for another day.
