Great service for your suitcases

Very good location, only five minutes walk to subway station, it also very easy and secure to store your luggage. Price is 10 dollar per luggage and they give us free of charge for car seats. A good plus is they do have restrooms inside

To make a long story short, I checked out from my airbnb early to store my luggage elsewhere so I can hang out with my friend before I leave the city that evening. However that place was closed and after I struggled to find another place, I found City CoPilot. I paid my fee online, went to the desk inside this visitor center (tourist trap lol, not my thing but I was willing to do anything to store my bag somewhere) and was greeted by a friendly staff member who checked me in and took my bag and stored it to pick it up at a later time that evening. The service was excellent from start to finish, my bag was in the same condition after I picked it up and I highly recommend City CoPilot to anyone that needs to leave their bag while they’re enjoying this beautiful city.

THE TRUTH IS THE FIRST SEE. I WAS NOT SURE, I PAID 20 D A MONTH AND MY PURCHASES ARRIVED 10 DAYS BEFORE THEY ONLY KEEP IT FOR 5 DAYS AND I ARRIVED 20 DAYS LATER AND THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME ANYTHING THEY COULD NOT EVEN GIVE ME THE DOCUMENTS INCREDIBLE A MAGIC I RECOMMEND THEM EXCELLENT LOCATION THANK YOU VERY MUCH

Great service, great customer service. Very helpful when coming in in an early train and having an Airbnb with late check in.

A perfect place to store your luggage if you don't want to carry it around. It is however a bit expensive with 10$/piece. But still way better than carrying it around.

Very helpful staffs and they even have car service to the airports with additional fee . The driver was great ! Recommend to everyone need a storage or car to the airport outside NYC.
