At first we were very skeptic about this storage, because there aren’t any locks, and I don’t know how they know which suitcase belongs to whom. But everything went great.

This was very easy and we had no problems! It is super convenient to Grand Central and if you are leaving Grand Central to come to this place, make sure you exit Grand Central through the market! If you leave through another door, you walk the whole block. It is a tiny shop and the employee (likely owner) sits in the chairs right as you walk in. The luggage doesn't appear to be very secure as the storage spot is in the open near the door, however, it's a tiny shop and he can't help but have eyes on them.
