  • It was good experience to utilize Bounce Luggage Storage. It was first time for me to use, but easy to book, pay and use. Staff is friendly and kind. Thank you very much. It's about 12-15min to work from The Metropolitan Museum of Art.

  • The door was locked at a little after 11 AM but was opened fairly soon afterwards. There was no problem at all with our bags and we retrieved them quickly. I wish they or another Bounce company opened at 10 AM so we could get into the Met Museum earlier, but there aren’t any others in the area. This one was a big help.

  • Pleasantly surprised with how well this service worked! We were in and out of Copyland Center within minutes for both drop off and pickup. The guys helping us were super nice and helpful and the location was very easy to find from the subway and only about a 10 minute walk to the Met. The bags weren’t locked in a locker or anything, but they were with several other suitcases behind the desk and felt well taken care of. Definitely recommend Bounce in general and this location specifically.
