Discover luggage storage in New Orleans

Easy drop off and very friendly service

This is such a great service and the folks at Coffee Science were so nice.

The staff were very helpful and friendly- highly recommend

This was a great place to leave our bags

Good location, friendly staff and easy process.

Great location, arrived with a large group and our many bags. Smooth process and the people at the location are very friendly and accommodating. Couldn’t be happier!

The hosts at the visitor center were very welcoming and not only they help me with the luggage storage but also gave me guidance on move around the place which was very helpful.

The location was super convenient, the owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. And our bags were very secure in a storage closet that was locked. I would use this spot again and recommend it to anyone who needs to drop off bags while they run around New Orleans.

The location was great. It was an easy walk to the streetcar, which allowed me to check out a few more places before needing to get to the airport. The drop off was easy, and I did feel that my bags would be secure. The gentleman that scanned my bar code was very pleasant, and helpful. The only glitch was when I picked up my bags. I forgot to have him scan my barcode again to show that I had picked up my luggage within the time frame, and he forgot to ask me for the barcode.

Good location, easy drop off and pick up

Very convenient location and easy process. Highly recommend this.

So easy!!! Friendly, attentive people too

Drop off and pickup was seamless! Super easy and convenient location on Magazine St. Side note - there’s another closed Bounce location nearby, but the antique shop is the right one.

Super fun and helpful staff. Took great care of our stuff while we explored

Super convenient, easy drop off & they were very friendly! Would recommend to anyone that needs this service.

The experience was amazing! Peggy was great and an excellent host. Would definitely recommend!

Friendly and helpful staff

Drop off was easy, they dimply scanned my QR code and we were good to put items away. The only reason I gave it 4/5 stars was the room they were stored in wasn’t secured. Luckily we could carry anything of value in the bag we kept with us. Store clerk was super friendly and there was no smell which previous reviews mentioned. We could drop off and explore the city before our VRBO was available.

Great location near our Airbnb, and easy drop-off and pickup. We felt secure leaving our bags there. Very friendly staff.

This was my first time ever using Bounce and my was extremely easy! I stored four items there for six hours and we had no issues. Employees were prompt and respectful. If the situation presents itself again, I will certainly utilize them.

The two gentlemen I dealt with were some of the nicest people I met in all of New Orleans. Thank you.

Super easy, conveniently located, and friendly staff.

Super easy and quick!

Went wonderful. Straightforward process. Cheers!

Very simple to book a nearby location and the pickup/drop off process is very quick. I would definitely use Bounce again. Print 101 was very conveniently located and the representative was very friendly.

This service was a life saver and amazing. Thank you

Easy check in, easy check out. Friendly staff

Mary was the best! It was such an easy drop-off/pick-up process! On top of that she saved us when we were trying to communicate with our Uber driver for a pickup spot that was easier post Saints game. If it wasn't for her coordination we would have been waiting on an uber for an hour instead of 10 min.

This bag storage service was great. The drop off and pick up process was quick and easy. And the staff members were welcoming and very professional.

Location in the French Quarter near Rampart streetcar. Staff were friendly and the drop off and pick up went smoothly
