We booked the evening before we dropped off our luggage, and the luggage storage was great. The store is easy to find from Plaza de España. The staff is friendly, and dropping off is straightforward via QR code. Afterward, a photo of your luggage is taken, and you can enjoy your day in Madrid without luggage.

All very practical. Book online, enter the number of suitcases and backpacks, pay and bring the suitcases. With a QR they validated my reservation and that's it. Everything safe and without problems.

Fast and cheap, I totally recommend it, what's more, to spend 4 or 5 hours in a hotel and pay €80, I prefer to be in redbar.

The entire procedure of leaving and removing the suitcases is very easy.

The store should inform customers of the service it can offer.

It would be a good idea to put some kind of sign at the entrance so that it would be clear that this is where you can leave your luggage. We didn't see it at least.

The staff is very nice and it is really convenient because it is open 24 hours a day and well located. But the service is a bit slow.

Well located, fast and convenient! The only problem is that we were asked for the QR code to collect our luggage even though we no longer had it...luckily we had a photo of our luggage.
