As long as you can read the barcode, it's okay even if you don't understand the language. I was able to enjoy sightseeing without having to carry a lot of luggage. The man in charge was very kind.

Made a last minute plan to leave our luggage here to go to el rastro flea market after checking out from airbnb. No hassle at all. Good place if you plan to use Atocha station. (Not related to the place, but the app needs improvement. It was quite lagging)

For luggage storage, it works, not much else needs to be said. For what they do, I don't think it's cheap, but in our case, we preferred paying to carry our luggage all day until our AVE train departed at 8:00 p.m. The people at the hostel were very friendly.

Easy to find, almost opposite the Atocha vehicle entrance. It's a hostel on the first floor of the building. No problem dropping off and picking up luggage.

Highly recommended. Hostal Argentina is located opposite Atocha station; you can be there in less than a minute. The service is friendly and very fast, with flexibility when it comes to luggage collection. Plus, there are no queues like at other agencies where you have to manage the entire process yourself. The value for money is unbeatable. A+++++
