Although the street was closed for repairs around Atocha station, it was easy to find. The luggage drop-off and pick-up process was very quick and simple. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it!

This luggage storage facility is located inside the Aceituna Dulce store (so you don't get lost searching specifically for "bounce luggage storage"). The service is excellent, and they take great care of your luggage. Highly recommended.

A very good experience at this place for leaving our luggage. It's true we only left it for a short time, but long enough to take a walk around Madrid until our train departed without having to carry our bags around. Both the woman and the young man who worked there were very friendly and let us use the restroom without any problem. We will definitely return.

It is so much more reasonably priced than the other one. Why pay €24.9 when you can pay just €6? Granted, it wasn't a locker. Your bags are being kept at the back of the shop. So you decide whether the extra security is worth nearly €20. The staff was very nice and helpful. I had a good experience.

Although it might cause some distrust because you leave it in a food establishment and in an area that seems accessible to anyone, the truth is that it went very well for us, because it is a small space they don't receive that many suitcases, or at least that's what I want to imagine.
