We were naive and didn't think something called a "wellness center" would be a marijuana dispensary. My wife is a federal employee and was unable to enter the building, and I was concerned that the odor within the shop would permeate our luggage, and that would be a problem as well. If I would have known I would not have selected this location.

The staff was friendly and the location perfect for travelers coming in and out of Union Station.

I was super happy with the customer service and feeling of security that this location provided! I think if anything, it would be good for people to know it's a cannabis store - I definitely don't care but could see that being off-putting for some people. Maybe not since it's denver lol. all in all it was a great first experience with bounce!

Absolutely fantastic service! I had my flight delay and they absolutely saved me from having to lug my suitcase all over Denver for the day.

It was really easy to find it and the location is fantastic so close to the union station and staff was super friendly. They made my layover trip possible.

The store already knows this, but their stairs are terrible to have to drag luggage up and down.

The employee even helped carry our luggage up the stairs. Super close to union station, affordable and very easy to navigate. All the employees were also very kind and the whole thing went very smoothly

I purposely booked this location because I could leave my bag until 5pm. It was on the way from the baseball stadium to Union Station. When I arrived to drop my bags, the worker said I needed to be back by 4:30pm. Thinking that was odd, I noticed the sign on the door said they closed at 5pm. We went to the game and already at 4:24pm they were emailing me. I had to rush over there. I was planning on arriving before 5pm but not at 4:30pm. I actually needed that extra time. I will never drop my bag there ever again. Otherwise, I think the service is great.

Lovely staff and very convenient location if you’re taking the train to the airport. I wish we hadn’t eaten before dropping our bags- the food looked amazing! Next time we’ll definitely stop to get brunch or lunch.
