Fast easy and convenient

This was my first time using Bounce, and I'm so glad I did! I'm new to solo traveling, and made the mistake of purchasing a cheap medium-sized duffle for my trip from Philly to the Bay Area. By my return trip, my shoulder was raw and red from carrying it around. I had a long layover (20 hours) in Denver and wanted to see the art museum, but couldn't stand the thought of carrying my darn duffle around for another excursion. Then I remembered luggage storage was a thing one could do from my recent trip to Japan, and a quick Google search turned up Bounce. I originally found a Bounce location closer to Union Station, but after walking there in 90-degree heat, I doubled checked the listing to see I needed to pick up my bag by 6pm, but I wanted as much bag-free time as possible at the art museum, which was open until 8pm. This Broadway Bounce location, inside the 11th Avenue Hostel, was open 24 hours, so I switched to that one instead. It cost about $8 to store my duffle and tote. What makes this location ideal is its proximity to the art museum, its welcoming staff, and its lobby. It's about a block from the museum, so I was able to spend my whole day there, then grab my bags, catch the bus just outside to Union Station, and take the train back to the airport. After meeting the staff, I felt comfortable leaving a second tote bag containing my Steam Deck and laptop. And even though I wasn't staying at the hostel, they invited me to sit for a bit and enjoy their lovely lobby, which has comfortable couches and seating for getting a little work done. After spending the night in the airport and walking in the heat, the opportunity to decompress in such a space was much appreciated!

staff is so nice and hospitable. i needed to repack my items so they’d fit in my carry-on, and the attendant told me i was welcome to stay in the lobby area and do whatever i needed.

Couldn’t take our bags from the day into the concert, I thought, wouldn’t it be cool to have a place to drop them for a while… searched and found bounce! Such a convenient storage solution! The Hostel was perfect.

The staff very very helpful and friendly, I had made a mistake booking (2 booking - one for 1 bag and another for 2 bags, the staff volunteered to verify that it was a mistake, I only needed to store 1 bag. Your Web page for booking is not user friendly for geriatric customers.

couldn’t be any easier, love Bounce and love the friendly folks at 11th Ave Hostel for providing a safe and convenient place to lodge my luggage for a few hours! No pictures of the hostel because I was there for 2 whole minutes, that’s how quick it was - but! It’s right around the corner from a SlevLev so go get your taquitos

Took care of our bags between our check out and flight times!

They keep the bags in a secure location. Only the staff can access it, it’s behind the desk in a room locked for everyone except staff. Nobody could come in and easily take your stuff. Confidently left my electronics in my backpack there

Excellent service they provide. I wish I actually stayed there. I’ve traveled around the world, this is the nicest hostel I’ve ever seen.
