Everything was amazing, both dropping off and picking up my luggage. I left it for 10 days and had absolutely no problems; on the contrary, I forgot/lost the security tag they gave me, and Stan verified in three different ways that I was the owner and that it wasn't some random person trying to steal my luggage. 100% recommended; you just have to be flexible with their service hours.

- Drop off process was easy and simple. They tagged my bag with a large barcode, printer paper size. - Pick up was not so much. They ‘struggled’ to find my bag in the system. Not being able to scan the barcode. It took a while and a few employees but I was able to get my bag by describing it; it also cant be missed a large checked bag , bright color

Smooth pick up and drop off process. I was worried about doing this as it was my first time with this platform, but everything went ok. The folks at the Butcher Block Cafe are really friendly and make sure you feel safe. Would definitely recommend them!
