The store owners were very nice!

This was our first time using Bounce and the staff made the process quick and easy.

Very good for leaving a backpack

First time using Bounce and would definitely recommend this service and this location to others. We were a little nervous at first but when we arrived, the staff was very accommodating. On 10/20 afternoon-night, the two guys working were excellent and friendly. We felt very safe leaving our things and were happy to be able to ditch our luggage to keep exploring the city.

Fast and convenient

Brought our bags in and they put them in a back room..not all Bounce locations do this. Staff was friendly..even let me use their private bathroom. Great location not far from Soldier Field and the museums in Chicago.

Fast and convenient

Extra fees make it a little pricey but location was convenient. Staff was very nice. We left laptops and iPads all day and everything was fine, would use again. Good option for Airbnb guests.

Next time, please let a first time client know that their belongings are stored somewhere other than behind the counter! Not exactly sure where my bags were stored, when dropping them off I assumed they would he stored in a back room out of sight and away from people potentially rummaging through it, but my bags were there in view behind the counter when I cam early for pick up, and I'm not sure if thats where they were stored or if you guys were super prepared.
