This Bruce bag check was a first for me and leap of faith. I am so glad I did it! Uber-ed strati from JFK at 8am, checked my bags, and was happy to received a claim check and encouraged to take photos of my bags. Back in the Uber I headed strait to Brooklyn Botanical Garden. Bob & Betty's Food Market is clean, upscale, friendly, and right on the corner for a quick in and out to drop your bags. Will be using Bounce again. So worth it! I wanted to capture the morning light at the Botanical Garden and not drive all the way to my Mid-Town NY hotel to check luggage. Yay! Thank you Bob & Betty's and Bounce!

Staff are really helpful and know what to do. They make sure the Bounce tags are on my luggage and I have the stubs to retrieve them later. During pickup, the staff are helpful and quick to get my luggage. The whole experience was pleasant and a breeze. Also, it’s a very clean and well kept store, which provided extra peace of mind.

Amazing, amazing, amazing service!! 10/10 would recommend. Place was clean and staff was extremely helpful! Was able to get help with the subway lines in both English and Spanish. Was nervous using Bounce for the first time, it was well worth it. Would most definitely come again to use Bounce at this location :)

Inquired if there was a public restroom when we returned to retrieve our bags and they were kind and led me to the employees bathroom that was behind a keycoded door and downstairs. Very accommodating. They were carp pleasant and quick to help get us situated both coming and going. Thankful for your platform, what a great concept!

Inform new staff you offer bag storage, because I was told that was not the case and had to go to the other store before returning to the first one.
